About the Role
Receptionist – Norman Prince Opticians, Crowthorne
Part-time | Minimum 30 hours per week | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday + alternate Friday & Saturday
We’re looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist to join the team at Norman Prince Opticians in Crowthorne, helping us deliver an exceptional experience for every patient.
This is a varied role combining reception, administration and patient care. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, helping the practice run smoothly from the moment they arrive through to their ongoing care.
What you’ll be doing:
Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service
Answering calls and managing appointments
Processing invoices, payments and general administration
Keeping patient records accurate and up to date
Supporting NHS and private patient administration
Liaising with patients regarding appointments and collections
Helping with the day-to-day running and presentation of the practice
Supporting the wider team wherever needed
About you
We’re looking for someone who is warm, reliable and organised, with excellent attention to detail and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
Optical experience is not essential, we’re happy to train the right person. What matters most is a positive, can-do attitude, good communication skills and a real commitment to providing excellent patient care.
