About the Role

As a Helpdesk Advisor, you’ll provide first-line support to our practice teams via phone, email and our ticketing system. You’ll be responsible for logging, prioritising and resolving queries wherever possible, while ensuring more complex issues are directed to the appropriate specialist teams.

You’ll play a key role in delivering a positive support experience, maintaining clear communication and helping to continuously improve how we support our practices.

About the Role

As Helpdesk Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Helpdesk operation, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, efficient and customer-focused support service to practices across the UK and Ireland.

You’ll oversee the management of incoming support requests, coach and develop Helpdesk Advisors, monitor performance against service standards and work collaboratively with teams across HQ to ensure queries are resolved effectively.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Website Designer to join our Digital team at Head Office.

This is a design-led role where you’ll help design, build and refine websites for independent opticians across the UK. Working closely with the Website Design Manager, you’ll play a key role in improving the quality, consistency and visual experience of every website we deliver. Experience working with a CMS platform such as Webflow, WordPress, Wix or similar is beneficial. While Webflow experience isn’t essential, we’re looking for someone with a solid understanding of website content management, a strong eye for design, and a willingness to develop their technical skills.
